Founded in 2010, we set out with a strong vision of utilising technology to advance how financial markets operate. We have grown from a vision shared by two former traders to a team of over 150 people across the globe.

Though we have developed in the trade surveillance arena we have always been more than that. At heart, we are a finance-focused big data firm and our goal is to continue creating the world’s leading financial markets analytics platform.

Building a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion

Education and learning

In addition to introducing annual training on diversity and inclusion, we regularly host sessions with speakers on a variety of topics. Recent topics covered include being transgender, living with autism, male allyship and being comfortable being uncomfortable.

Sourcing diverse talent

Annually we partner with the Bright Network to enable us to access a wider pool of female engineering talent. We will also be introducing a Returnship Programme in late 2023.

Company-wide mentoring

We run a mentoring programme across the whole business to support in a number of areas such as career development, building industry knowledge and understanding and becoming a manager.

Employee resource groups

We have three groups at TradingHub: the Women’s Network, CSR committee (including Diversity and Inclusion representatives) and a Global Social committee. All gather and work together to ensure the community at TradingHub is well-supported.
